Some function stopped working when your customer trying to Post an Ad on your Osclass using website. Check Error Image - categories option not showing here. you can get another issue like upload image option will not display or others.
Its a Javascript error.
Solution
login to your Admin Page (backend) - Setting - Optimization - Uncheck JS scripts or best option is enter that page words where you dont want to merge java scripts in JS Exclude pages Option ( check below image)
