OwnPetz is a completely free platform where anyone can:

• Buy or sell new, used, or refurbished electronics (mobiles, tablets, laptops, ACs, etc.)
• List or browse vehicles (cars, bikes, scooters, etc.)
• Rent, buy, or sell property
• Promote businesses, institutes, or local services
• Post ads for pet products or supplies

You are solely responsible for the content you post and any interactions you have with other users on the site.

2. What We Don't Do

Please remember:

• OwnPetz is NOT involved in any payment, delivery, verification, or guarantee of listed items or services.

• We don’t offer refunds or recourse if you’ve made a payment to another user.
• We don’t store or ask for sensitive financial information. We do not have a payment gateway.

Always meet the seller/buyer in person, inspect the item, and be cautious while making any transactions.

3. Things You CANNOT Post

To keep the platform clean and safe, the following types of content are strictly not allowed:

• Adult content, escort or dating services
• Online gambling or “play and win” game ads
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Drugs, weapons, tobacco, or alcohol
• Fraudulent or fake listings
• MLM, Ponzi, or get-rich-quick schemes
• Copyrighted images or stolen content
• Spammy or repeated ads
• Inappropriate or misleading job offers
• Any illegal products or services

Any ad found violating these rules will be removed without notice.
