It’s a very nice book and very well written. The book gives us an in-depth knowledge about the war and the war heroes who have given their lives for our better today and India has such great peaks. It’s a very well planned and well categorised book and much recommended to all.
About the Author
Deepak Surana is a B.B.A graduate of SJCC in Bangalore. Having done his schooling at Bishop Cotton Boys School, Bangalore, he developed a keen interest in the armed forces at a very young age.
He is very passionate about the Indian army and has met many war veterans and families of Martyrs over the years. He has previously authored, the book, ‘The Shershah of Kargil’- the definitive biography of the Late Captain Vikram Batra.
His name was figured in the starting credits of the movie ‘Shershaah’, for which he had given valuable input and support. His latest book is, 'The Kargil Story', a definitive account of the Kargil war.
