Role Overview
In this role, you'll support Amgen’s Technology & Workforce Strategy by delivering data-driven insights and solutions to drive innovation and optimize workforce planning. You'll work on financial modeling, vendor analysis, organizational improvements, and more while collaborating with global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement workforce analytics and forecasting tools.
- Conduct cost and vendor performance analysis for optimization.
- Assist with organizational improvements and financial modeling.
- Collaborate on innovative solutions using tools like Tableau, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Provide insights on market trends and align workforce planning with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s/Diploma in Data Analytics, Science & Technology, or Finance with relevant experience.
- Expertise in Excel, data visualization tools, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in BI tools, Python/SQL, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with HR, procurement systems, and biotech industry.
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau, AWS, and AI-driven analytics.
