As we continue our rapid expansion, we're on the lookout for a proactive and organized Customer Success Associate to join us in supporting our growing clientele.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on digital marketing best practices, demonstrating how our platform can drive their business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business owners across various brands utilizing our technology for marketing purposes.
  • Guide clients in crafting effective marketing strategies and review performance across key digital channels such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new users with campaign activation and our platform's functionalities.
  • Tailor strategies to meet client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring successful utilization of the Eulerity platform.
  • Engage with clients via email and phone, providing ongoing support and leveraging expertise in both the platform and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers to monitor media placements, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize performance.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective client education and training.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative and innovative approach to client interactions.
  • High-energy individual with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
