Book Reviews
This is one the greatest mental toughness Manual on the face of the earth. In (Can't hurt Me) Goggins faced a easy challenge, he was a nobody, with barely any self esteem he dragged himself out of the sewer that was his life. Now he has everything. He's officially recognised as the baddest man on the planet. All those insecurities are gone. Or are they. As he himself says ( the mind has the tactical advantage over you at all times ).
In this book he outlines perfectly how even after he has achieved so much he still strives to be a savage. What are the various insecurities he faces now. How his past has come to haunt him in more creative ways while also guiding us through the journey.
As they always say, it's hard to achieve it. It's twice as hard to maintain it.
Stay hard !!
