The Honor 90 series of smartphones was introduced in China last week. There are two versions in the series: the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro.
Honor announced the global accessibility of their handsets with GMS (Google Mobile Services) in an official press release. Furthermore, as previously announced on Honor's France website, the Honor 90 5G and Honor 90 Lite 5G will soon be available in European countries.
The website simply lists the model names of these smartphones without providing any information regarding their specifications or appearance; nevertheless, Appuals has made the Honor 90 Lite 5G's appearance public.
Three colour options for the gadget are seen in the renders: Blue, Black, and Silver. The selfie camera is located in the centre of the device's face and is flanked by thin bezels on the top and sides, with a slightly bigger bottom bezel. The phone has a triple camera arrangement on the back, with a primary 100MP sensor taking centre stage and being supported by a flash.
According to the renderings, the Honor 90 Lite 5G resembles the Honor X50i 5G that was previously introduced in China, but with a few small adjustments made for the international market. The triple camera system on the back of the Honor 90 Lite 5G sets it different from the Honor X50i 5G and is a significant feature. After the Honor 70 Lite, this will be the company's debut product in the Lite numbered series.
Though it's probable that this may be an LCD screen, generational enhancements to the 90 Lite include an FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh. Given that the entry-level Snapdragon 480+ chipset powered the 70 Lite, it is probable that the 90 Lite will use an improved entry-level SoC like the Snapdragon 695 or the Dimensity 6020 SoC. As the launch date approaches, more information is anticipated to become available.
